£10.25 per hour

Monday to Thursday 7am - 4pm

Friday 7am - 11am

Our Client, a very busy Manufacturer are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their existing customer service team.

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator include:
  • Manage the processing of customer orders nationwide
  • Dealing with customer queries via phone and email.
  • Liaise with production and shipping to ensure orders are going to be sent out on time
  • Daily ad-hoc administration tasks

Skills and Experience required from the Customer Service Administrator include:
  • A minimum of 1 year customer service/ administration experience
  • A confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
  • Efficient administration skills and good attention to detail
  • Ability to use own initiative with a can do attitude
  • Ability to work in a high pressured, fast paced environment
  • IT Literate including Excel and Word
