One of our Specialist Housing Association clients is looking for a Customer Services Officer to deal with customer enquires.

You will be the first point of contact to any residents with queries and will need to provide them with first class customer services.

Your duties will be to:

  • Respond to tenant queries via phone or email
  • Provide advice on tenancy issues, rents and housing benefits
  • Liaise with contractors and housing officers
  • Manage all queries
  • Carry out general administrative duties

The successful candidate for the role of Customer Services Officer should have the following:
  • Previously worked for a Housing Association or Local Authority; as all applicants will need to have experience of dealing with tenants surrounding their Housing queries.
  • Have worked within a call centre environment
  • A current DBS check issued within 1 year as you will be working with vulnerable people.
