Our client, a leading manufacturing business urgently require a Customer Service Administrator for a long term assignment, starting next week.

Working in a busy and fast paced environment, you'll be customer focussed, empathetic and able juggle priorities and get the best result for customers.

Key duties will include:

• First point of contact for specific customers

• Fulfilling Customers’ needs

• Progressing Orders to ensure On-Time Delivery

• Able to work quickly and efficiently via email and phone - company manages 600+ orders per day

• Deal with all enquiries via the phone and email in a timely manner ensuring that the customer is provided with a professional, efficient service at all times

• Proactively solve problems and make decisions with the best interest of the company in mind

• Checking and completing daily reports.

• Logging, investigating and progressing of customer complaints with a view to preventing re-occurrence

• Raise any credit notes to be issued

• Advising customers of the benefits of placing their own orders and working with them to offer any applicable training required

• Actively involved in presenting a positive view of the company, working closely with the Area Sales Manager

• Use of a range of software including email, spread sheets and databases

• Supporting and Implementing new ideas and processes

• Provide regular feedback to line managers

Candidates for this role will:

- Have excellent customer service skills

- Previous administrative experience in a fast paced environment

- Excellent planning and organisation skills

- Strong IT skills, and the ability to learn new in-house systems quickly

Working Hours are as follows:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 8.30am - 5.00pm

Wednesday - 8.00am - 5.00pm

Friday - 8.30am - 4.00pm
