This role is an essential part in running the track and trace team. You will be a key individual for the team members and will assist and manage them appropriately.

Client Details

The client is a reputable organisation who are running a large track and trace project with immediate starts.

  • Acting as the senior point of contact for your team
  • Providing your team with structure and support throughout their contracts
  • Managing multiple individuals and ensuring productivity levels don't fall
  • Conducting regular video meetings at the start of each shift and putting a plan together for the team
  • Doing handovers with the other team leader at the end of your shift
  • Offering guidance around the isolation process
  • Inputting and recording all data accurately on various databases and spreadsheets
  • Reporting how the team is doing to senior leadership teams
  • Identify any patterns of clusters of Covid-19
  • Be able to work efficiently and quickly under the circumstances
  • Be a 'self starter' working remotely


As the successful candidate you must have experience as a team leader within a call centre or a management role within a call centre. It is ideal that you have exposure to the contact tracing side but as this is so new, other backgrounds may be considered. You must be confident to support your team remotely and think of innovative ways to do this under the current circumstances; teams calls, 1-1 video calls, progress reviews

Job Offer

You will be offered an immediate start with a competitive weekly pay and top ups. You will be allocated all equipment to work from home and will only need to travel in to Sheffield for circa 3 days for the initial set up. This role is ongoing temporary until at least Christmas, where it may then be extended or taken permanent.
