Customer Care Specialists, full time 37 hours per week, shift basis, temporary to permanent

The Customer Care Specialist will provide a high level of customer service for all activities including processing of orders, dealing with customer queries and offering advice on products/services. You will respond to all customer queries - resolving issues and providing information, advice and guidance as required. Actively seek to promote sales and offer customers advice on services and products.

You will provide immediate, positive and constructive responses to all customer contact both written and verbal. Participate in outbound calling campaigns and debt recovery programs using predictive dialler when requested. Provide excellent customer services to all customers, both external and internal. Seek and utilise opportunities to improve own productivity and quality. Produce work in line with quality procedures and local work instructions and demonstrate positive attitude to quality and productivity feedback and work with team leaders to devise action plan for continual improvement. You will benefit from coaching by asking for help where required and responding to help offered. You will also seek opportunities to develop own skills, knowledge and experience.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with excellent salary and benefits.This is a full time position 37 hours per week on a shift basis - operating hours are mon to fri 8am to 8pm, sat 8am to 4pm and sun 10am to 4pm. Shiftas will be given one month in advance.
