Your new company
Hays are currently recruiting for a reputable Housing Association, for a Retired Living Scheme Administrator on a temporary part time basis(15 hours) based in the Staffordshire area.

Your new role
Your new position will be acting as Retired Living Scheme Administrator for the business. You will be working front of house, dealing with customers queries relating to access, maintenance issues, possible rent queries etc and dealing with them in an effective and customer focused way.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the position, you must have proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a Social Housing / Retired Living Scheme environment. Furthermore, you must have very strong administrative and IT skills.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a temporary contract with a competitive rate of pay. This is working on a rota basis (average of 15 hours per week) which includes every other weekend.
