An exciting opportunity for an immediately available for a back office administrator to join this well established, growing business in Coventry! This role is based from the office Monday - Friday 8.30-5pm so ability to commute to CV4 daily is a must.

A growing utilities business in the Coventry area.

Description

As in the Back Office Administrator you will be assisting new customers with their on-boarding process, proactively contacting to update any missing information, checking personal details and updating the CRM system accordingly.

You will also be proactively contacting customers who have had previous connection issues and checking that these have been resolved, and transferring to the technical team, or arranging a call back in instances where an issue is still occurring.

This role will be back office, will an element of outbound customer contact, so confidence in both is a must.

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Back Office Administrator will:
  • Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Be confident working in a high volume area handling first line technical support
  • Have high attention to detail for entering/ updating customer details
  • Be available to start on Wednesday 21st October
  • Be confident proactively contacting customers
