We are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Helpline Administrator to join the Asset Services division at our client based in Beckenham.

Details:

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3 Months, with the potential to be extended
Hours: Full time - 37.5h/pw. Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:30 (with an hours lunch)
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Location: Beckenham

Job description:

Responsible for all aspects of voice and written shareholder contact from a population of over 100,000 German / Austrian investors by phone, post and email. Contact from these holders is varied - from basic enquiries to more complex cases requiring comprehensive investigation.

Duties and responsibilities:
    • Ensure full compliance with internal and external procedures and FCA regulations including the CASS rules
    • Handling all incoming and outgoing communication by telephone
    • Handling of all written shareholder communication, from initial sorting of post to provision of responses and email communications
    • Research and respond to incoming shareholder or third party registration enquiries by letter or email ensuring that complex issues are explained fully using the appropriate written style in line with the client’s unique branding
    • Registration and validation of a range of legal documentation against shareholdings
    • Vetting and scrutinising with a high level of accuracy share transfer and dealing forms to limit the possibility of fraud
    • Accurately arranging for payments to be issued to shareholders using the company systems
    • Completion of maintenance and detail changes to shareholdings to a high standard of accuracy
    • Support and assist other team members / business areas as necessary
    • Undertake project work where required to do so by management
    • Escalation of any complex / contentious cases to line manager
    • Ensure that all work is completed in line with TCF policy at all times.
    • AML checks to be conducted in line with current processes, policies and regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

    • Fluent spoken and written German (either native or to degree level)
    • Fluent spoken and written English (GCSE English grade C minimum or equivalent)
    • GCSE Maths grade C minimum
    • Knowledge in Excel, Word & Outlook
