3 months Temporary Role- Working from home with occasional travel to the offices.

Our client based in Rushden are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join them on a temporary basis, working closely with the Customer Service Support team, to manage and maintain SLA's throughout peak.

Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator will include:
  • Answering incoming calls from customers and deal with customer service queries
  • Deal with incoming emails and respond in a timely manner
  • Booking and tracking carrier collections/deliveries via telephone, meeting agreed timescales with customers.
  • Generating excel reports on a daily and weekly basis, while spotting and reporting current trends to the customer service specialist
  • Deal with courier claims and return issues

In order to be successful in the role of a Customer Service Administrator you must have:
  • Previous customer service and administration experience
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organisational abilities and time management skills
  • Ability to manage own workload and have good attention to detail
  • Competent user of MS Office products, particularly Word, Outlook and Advanced Excel.
  • Customer focused, adaptable, confident and reliable.
