Our trade and services client are looking for someone who are looking for Process Improvement Manager (Project Accountant) to join the business for the next 6 months on a contract basis to help support an on going project. This is a great opportunity to work for a business who are growing at a rapidly.

Reporting directly into the CFO you'll be working for a highly dynamic business who encourage creative thinking across the accounts team. In the next year this business is looking to continue growing at the rate they have been over the next few years. This is a brilliant opportunity to work along side a personable finance team that take genuine care with everything they do on a daily basis.


The key duties of this Process Improvement Manager (Project Accountant) will be:
  • Mapping key finance processes, including both input and output suggesting methods for improvement
  • Developing and measuring standard metrics of all finance processes
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and plan communication strategies
  • Consider the complexity of each Process Improvement plan and advise on the options for delivery
  • Drive through short, medium, and long-term strategic change with a particular focus on the services provided by the CFO.


The successful Process Improvement Manager (Project Accountant) will have previously worked within the services industry as well as having experience with processes mapping and improvement. You will also be within commutable distance to Luton.
