Hays Education are seeking SEN Specialist Primary teachers in Bristol to start in Term 2

Hays Education are seeking SEN Specialist Teachers for roles within Primary Schools across Bristol to start in Term 2. We have been experiencing increased demand for intervention teachers who have strong SEN experience. These roles can be full-or part-time and can be either short-term or long-term assignments.

This type of role will typically involve teaching a small class of fewer than 10 pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including behavioural, emotional and developmental needs. You will typically have at least one LSA in the classroom with you.

In order for us to consider you for these SEN / Intervention teacher roles in Bristol, you must:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status
  • Have demonstrable experience teaching SEN pupils
  • Have worked in a school within the last 5 years


You will need to be:

  • Motivated, passionate and resilient
  • Willing to encourage and support pupils
  • Capable of working as part of a team
