A Large public sector organisation in Rotherham are looking to recruit a temporary complaints administrator to join them on a temporary basis.

Your new role
You will be taking queries from members of the public via phone or email. You will provide excellent customer service, empathy and understanding and have excellent administration skills

What you'll need to succeed
You will be able to start ASAP and have excellent administration and customer service skills

What you'll get in return
Temporary work 37.5 hours a week, potential fixed term contract available
