My client in the West Midlands is seeking an Assistant Team Manager to support their Hospital Team

The role will involve the following:
  • Provide leadership, motivation and effective reflective supervision and employee practitioners whom you are responsible for.
  • Oversee task/case allocations and budgetary authorisations.
  • To deputise for the Team Manager in their absence
  • Provide advice, guidance and support to team member
  • Promote and embed the effective delivery of strengths based approaches to support planning
  • Provide support, guidance and advice in relation to Safeguarding concerns and enquiries.

Requirements of the role:
  • Qualified Social Worker
  • Previous experience using the Liquid Logic System
  • Senior Practitioner, Advanced Practitioner or Managerial experience is essential
  • SW England registered
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
  • Understand and implement a performance and quality framework
  • Participate in reflective and group supervision
