Your responsibilities will include:
-Planning and delivering creative and innovative lessons
-Possessing and maintaining a deep and secure knowledge of your subject and the open mindedness to try a more hands on approach to the curriculum.
-Creating a challenging and stimulating classroom climate that will motivate pupils to learn, think independently, empathise with others, and perform to the best of their abilities.
-Being aware of the learning needs of the pupils you teach and ensure that each student is given every opportunity to fulfil his/her potential

An ideal candidate may possess the following skills and capabilities:
-Qualified teacher status (QTS)
-The ability to work with learners that have various learning and behavioural difficulties
-A willingness to learn and build relationships with learners
-Confidence to support the lead in groups, in different educational subjects
-The ability to work as an individual and as a part of the team
-Flexibility in your approach to education
