My client is looking for an immediately available, French Speaking Sales Administrator to join their team based in Oxford. The role is a busy, customer facing position requiring excellent communication skills.

My client based in Oxford is an industry leader in the Education and Training sector, with both a strong local and international presence. They are looking for an immediately available French Speaker to help deal with any queries at one of their European campus's.

Description

French Speaking Sales Administrator responsibilities:
  • To contact all newly assigned leads with speed and follow up if no answer
  • Collecting information from prospective students
  • Help resource potential students for the institution
  • Dealing with any customer requests on the phone and over email
  • Be extremely comfortable on the phone for a large proportion of the day to ensure daily call targets are met

Profile

To be considered for the French Speaking Sales Administrator position you must:
  • Speak fluent French
  • Have an excellent phone manner
  • Any previous sales/customer service experience is desirable
  • Be inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions
  • Must be immediately available to start
