About the Contract Compliance Co-ordinator:

As a Contract Compliance Co-Ordinator your initial focus will be to carry out a full audit of our current contractual setup and systems.

Contract Compliance Co-ordinator Responsibilities:
  • Carry out a system audit of our contractual management system verifying the following elements:
  • System Setup
  • Analyse both internal and external information to ensure compliance of contract - Review and confirm that the current contractual system is setup in accordance with the hard copy documentation and supplementary contract summary document with all key dates and contracted services being correctly aligned.
  • Review and where necessary present any procedural issues including proposed amendments for review and consideration.
  • Identify problem areas when it comes to fulfilling compliance standards, and help develop recommendations to improve procedures
  • Produce monthly compliance reports for MI
  • Collect and co-ordinate internal compliance data in collaboration with other departments
  • Procedural Amendments
  • Review and where necessary present any procedural issues and proposed amendments for review by internal team members and where necessary departmental heads to consider potential development needs.
  • Query investigation and Management
  • Where contractual queries are raised provide first line support to the Operational Teams Client Account Managers where necessary to investigate and resolve any queries.

Contract Compliance Co-ordinator Requirements:
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills
  • Must be able to engage at all levels liaising with Senior Leadership and presenting findings and recommendations
  • Good writing and oral skills with the ability to draft and deliver documents and presentations to a high standard.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Comprehensive PC Skills including the familiarity of the Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Internal audit skills
  • Knowledge of contract compliance
