Temporary administration role - 6 months, York.

Your new company
Hays Office Support are currently working with a leading organisation based in York.

Your new role
Due to movement within the team this company is looking for an administrator to join them to undertake a temporary position for 6 months. Within this role you will be responsible for sorting, logging and distributing the post. You will be completing scanning of documents and basic data entry tasks. You will also provide administration support to a busy team.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have a strong attention to detail. You will be IT literate and confident using office software including Microsoft Word and Excel. This role would suit someone with strong communication and organisation skills. You will be available to start at short notice.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be working for a reputable organisation based close to the centre of York. You will have access to a parking space. You will be working within an office that has put in place lots of health and safety measures to ensure the safety of staff working on site. The working hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday.
