We have Full Time placement opportunities available for an Accounts ReceivableAdministrator available at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust specifically providing the following:
  • Deputise for the Accounts Receivable Manager over his/her duties and responsibilities.
  • 2. Comply with the Trust's Standing Orders, Standing Financial Instructions and Financial Protocols.
  • 3. Assist with the Day to day maintenance of the computerised Debtors system (Efinancials).
  • 4. The prompt and accurate preparation, production and rendering of Debtor invoices and credit notes
  • 5. Setting up new customers on efinancials.
  • Assist and liase with the Salaries and Wages section regarding debts to be deducted through the payroll.
  • 8. Processing Direct Debit payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • 9. To undertake any other duties, which may be required from time to time, as appropriate to the role.
