Urgent Care Practitioner

Connaught Resourcing work with private and third sector providers nationally. Our Client requires Advanced Practitioner (ANP) and Clinical Practitioner (ECP/ENP) for locum shifts across Derbyshire.

We are a specialist health and social care recruitment organisation that is partnered with Urgent Care providers nationally.

We are able to offer Urgent Care Practitioner up to full-time hours, with day shifts, night shifts and weekend shifts available, along with excellent rates of pay.

We can offer Urgent Care Practitioner payment via your preferred method: Ltd Company, PAYE or Umbrella.

Main duties of the Urgent Care Practitioner will include the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharging of patients presenting at the centre with undiagnosed and undifferentiated conditions.

Previous experience of working within a Walk-In Centre or Urgent Care Centre is required.

To be considered for the Urgent Care Practitioner role you will need to fulfil the following criteria:
  • You must hold a full nursing qualification, and be registered with the NMC
  • Must be an Advanced or Emergency Nurse Practitioner or Emergency Care Practitioner.
  • Prescribers or non-prescribers welcome
  • Have experience in assessment and treatment of minor illnesses and/or minor injury and a university accredited module/certificate
