Our client has an exciting new opportunity within the Human Resources team. This role is based in Biggleswade at our client’s state-of-the-art online operations base. The successful candidate will support the HR Manager to operate the department.

The successful Candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Processing HR administration
  • Absence, Holiday, and rota management
  • Maintain employee records & files
  • Day-to-day staff issues
  • Liaise with employment agencies to coordinate interviews
  • General office and administration duties

Candidates must have rounded experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally will have experience in HR &/or administration. The candidate must be dependable and have good personable communication skills with attention to detail. The nature of the role requires the successful candidate to have good ethics and to be able to work appropriately with sensitive and confidential information. Full paid training will be provided internally.

Full-Time - Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm - Temp/Perm Basis
