A future-focused and progressive not-for-profit housing association, we want to make Oldham a place where people are proud to live and work. To deliver our promises to our customers we are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focussed individual to appoint to the following key position:

Income Collection Officer Grade 7 (£27,800 - £30,213)
Fixed term (9months)

The main duties of the role will include but not be limited to; ensuring timely recovery of tenant debt, minimise risk & reduce, outstanding tenant debt, contact customers as per policies, preparing court documentation, attending court and presenting evidence, providing debt and benefit advice, making referrals to both internal and external agencies to assist customers in managing rent accounts and getting customers into work, and identifying and utilising services and initiatives aimed at maximising income for residents.

Please note that to be considered for this post you will need experience of debt collection.
