Are you looking for a new challenging opportunity that will allow you to develop your experience in the world of Accountancy & Finance?

Have you got excellent IT skills and have at least 1 years' experience using SAGE 50 Accounts? If so, we are keen to hear from you!

Working for a leading manufacturing company in Cardiff, this is a minimum 4 week contract with potential to extend. As a Finance Administrator you will need to be computer literate, have the ability to multi-task and be proactive, be a strong communicator with good English skills delivering a high level of service to your customers, colleagues and suppliers.


* Raising sales invoices
* Checking purchase invoices against purchase orders
* Preparing purchase invoices for authorisation
* Posting purchase invoices in SAGE / Construction Manager
* Calculating CIS deductions from subcontractor invoices
* Request copies of any missing invoices
* Answering telephone calls
* General office administrative duties as required

Essential Experience and Skills required:

* Minimum of 1 years' experience of using SAGE 50 Accounts
* Computer literate - including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* A strong communicator who converses equally well with their peers, suppliers and customers
* The ability to multi-task and be proactive

Desirable Experience:

* Work experience in a busy office environment
* Experience of using construction manager (desired but not required as training will be provided)
