Salary: Grade 3, Point 9 - £19,166.20 (Fixed point) Actual Salary: £4,622.20


The College is seeking to appoint an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to work with the Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of the college Restaurant, training kitchens and other commercial areas within the department. Ideally, applicants should have an NVQ3 in Hospitality and Supervision or equivalent qualification, or relevant vocational experience in the sector to match the role and hold a relevant assessing qualification. It is also desirable that the applicant be a Personal Licence Holder.

We are looking for someone who is flexible in approach, innovative and creative to support the promotion of the restaurant areas and help to develop the commercial operations of the department. Experience in assessing is essential as the candidate will be required to liaise with teaching staff to assess students in their front of house duties.

Applicants must demonstrate flexibility in hours and tasks undertaken and have knowledge of health and safety in a commercial catering environment.
