We have registered a great opportunity for a superb Administrator to support our friendly and welcoming client.

They are seeking a dedicated and innovative candidate to support the Marketing team with administrative tasks. This is a fantastic position for a junior candidate to add some fantastic work experience to their CV!

The role is in central Oxford, with no parking available. Please only apply for this role if you are available immediately.

Temporary Administrator Responsibilities

Your duties will include:
  • Liaising with clients
  • Entering accurate information into the in-house system
  • Producing data lists from the system
  • Following up on mailers
  • Calling external stakeholders on the telephone
  • Creating rotas and reports
  • General administration when required

Temporary Administrator Requirements

It is essential that you have significant experience within an administrative capacity and are comfortable working at a fast pace in a rapidly changing environment.

You will be liaising with Senior Stakeholders on a regular basis so you must maintain a professional manner. There will be lots of telephone work involved, so you must be confident speaking with clients and potential customers in an outbound capacity.

A confident and engaging personality, in conjunction with excellent communications skills, will be vital for this role.

In addition you must be adaptable and meticulous, with proven organisation skills and a high level of IT literacy. Advanced Excel is important.
