I am currently recruiting for a Facilities Administrator to work at my client, a leading housing organisation based in the M21 postcode of Manchester.

This role is to support the facilities management services which includes:
  • Planning and managing diaries for caretakers and grounds maintenance teams
  • Responding to internal facilities management queries which may include liaising with customers.
  • Raising new job orders and purchase orders
  • Preparing reports and creating spreadsheets so good knowledge and use of Excel is important.
  • Providing support function to Planning Team

Due to current circumstances you will be required to work 50% from home 50% from office.

An attractive hourly rate of £10.87 (PAYE) is on offer.
