Customer Services Sales Administrator â€" Bridgwater - £9 - 9.50 per hour DOE

My Client, a growing manufacturing company based in Bridgwater, is looking to recruit a Customer Services Sales Administrator on a temporary basis until Christmas

Main Tasks of the CS Administrator will include:
  • Carrying out the administration tasks of processing orders, dealing with supplier & customer needs and all other necessary tasks
  • Liaising with customers both on the phone and face to face â€" liaising with the factory to ensure that the products are being made on time and to the customer specification.

The successful Customer Services Sales Administrator must have:
  • Customer service / client liaison experience
  • Excellent customer service skills, both phone and face to face
  • Telesales experience would be helpful
  • General Office admin experience
  • Excellent and accurate computer skills

The successful candidate will have previously been a CS advisor, sales administrator, client services coordinator, office administrator
