Our loyal client on the outskirts of Nottingham have experienced rapid growth following on an acquisition of their US competitor! They now have the need for a Senior Administrator to join the existing team. This position requires a person who has an acute attention to detail even when working at speed and can also go and find information for themselves rather than waiting for it to be provided to them.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:-
  • Supporting the team will involve updating the project management and company time & expense systems with new project details and assignment of staff to projects including calculating and setting up cost and bill rates in multiple currencies. This information must be accurate and right first time.
  • You will also be responsible for extracting information from our systems to produce up to date, on-going and forecasting project reports for project managers, clients and the leadership team.
  • Other administration responsibilities will include creating project files, resource files, planning and preparation for internal meetings, updating processes and documents and supporting on-boarding of new resources into the team.
  • Excellent use and understanding of Excel is an essential requirement including ability to create and use pivot tables and Vlookups.
  • You must have exceptional organisational, time management and communication skills for the role.
  • Previous experience of working in a professional services environment is desirable.
  • This is a temporary position for 6 months with a strong possibility of converting to a permanent position.
  • The position is office based in Nottingham but due to COVID-19 is currently home based. The ability to work from home 1 or 2 days per week when the office re-opens is possible for the right candidate.
