Reed Business Support are currently recruiting for a skilled temporary People Services Administrator on behalf of our client in Banbury town Centre.

You will be working within a busy and thriving environment within the public services and will provide business support services for internal and external customers covering Recruitment, Resourcing, Employee Administration and Learning & Development.

Specific job responsibilities will include:
  • Providing confidential first line support via phone and email for all HR queries
  • Managing applicants through the recruitment process and confirming interviews
  • Support with on boarding of new colleagues, undertaking Right to Work checks, vetting and employment references
  • Processing administration of new starters, leaver's, sickness leave etc
  • Liaise with hiring managers and support their recruitment initiatives
  • Support the People Team with all aspects of administration

What we are looking for:
  • Excellent communication abilities both via the telephone and email
  • Computer knowledge and experience with MS Office suite
  • HR and People Services experience is desirable but not essential
  • A 'Can do' attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile
  • Organisational skills and reliability

This is a full time temporary position, working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. The role will be approximately 4-6 months in length and you must be available to start w/c 30th November.
