Teaching Personnel is seeking to recruit a Teacher for a Pupil Referral Unit in Oswaldtwistle. The school caters for young people who do not thrive in mainstream education, usually because of their SEMH difficulties or challenges with SEND including ASC.

The school are in need of an English and a Maths Teacher to add to their growing team.

To be a successful candidate you must be resilient, nurturing and have a innovative teaching style. Many of the students who come to the school have large gaps in their learning because of poor attendance, the school needs to overcome these barrier whilst also helping the students grow emotionally, socially and personally.

Each child at the school has an EHCP, therefore, a teacher must be able to adapt their work to suit the individual needs of each pupil.

The pay for this role is £105- £160 per day depending on experience. NQT’s will also be considered.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
