REED Education are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join one of our local Bradford primary schools. This role is full time and you will be working through REED Education on a temporary basis, starting as soon as possible up until Easter.

This role involves
  • Providing full administrative support to the administration team and teaching staff as required
  • Managing emails and post
  • Monitoring school supplies and ordering new supplies
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering phone calls and passing on messages appropriately
  • Use of Microsoft programmes including Word, PowerPoint and Excel to create leaflets, notices and record correspondence
  • Use of reprographic equipment to prepare classroom resources and letters
  • Updating the SIMS register on a daily basis and following up and monitoring pupil absence- referring to the SLT when necessary

Applicants must have experience as an Administrator in a primary or secondary school environment.
