Please note - although we are still interviewing, due to the nature of this role we will not be able to advise on the start date as it will be dependant on government guidelines.

What will I be doing?

As part of our Full Fibre Expansion Retail sales community, you will generate residential sales leads across the full range of KCOM products. You will be expected to successfully generate and manage your own pipeline of leads and promote the KCOM brand, products and services, whilst increasing customer awareness in a positive manner by interacting face to face both on the doorstep and at events.

You will have set targets and you will need to manage your time effectively in order to meet these. This is an interesting and exciting role, you will be encouraged to input ideas and suggestions and the use of your own initiative will be encouraged.

Some of your key responsibilities:

• To generate and successfully manage own pipeline of leads across the full range of KCOM products and services by engaging customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs as well as ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed
• Promote the brand, products and services and increase customer awareness in a positive manner by interacting face to face
• Understand how to make product appeal to consumers based on their needs and requirements of their home
• Always looks for new ways to make products/services attractive to customers

Please note:

• This is a fixed term contract of 3 months initially and will cover the hours of 10.00am - 6.00pm Tuesday to Saturday with 30 mins for lunch and 2 x 15 minute breaks.
• Uncapped commission that will be based on number of preregistrations completed and validated
• Training in KCOM product knowledge will be provided
• You will be provided with a tablet to log leads
• Mandatory risk assessment to be completed due to COVID 19
• No expenses will be paid

Based on current performance salary plus OTE of upwards of £100 per day could be expected but is not guaranteed.

• Previous B2C experience - face to face
• Target driven

• A full valid UK driving licence
