A temporary Accounts Assistant is required to join a well-established construction business, based in Petersfield. The successful Accounts Assistant will be supporting with the day to day accounts throughout an ongoing project. In addition to this, they will have flexible working hours, access to onsite parking, and the opportunity to diversify their CV throughout this interesting project.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
  • Reconciling bank accounts and supplier statements
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Preparing and drafting financial reports

What you will need:

  • Experience in job roles such as; Purchase Ledger Clerk / Purchase Ledger Administrator / Accounts Payable Clerk / Accounts Payable Administrator / Finance Admin / Finance Administrator / Accounts Assistant
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Competent in Excel (Vlookups / Pivots)
