Payroll Assistant Sandwich or Worthing location!

We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Assistant to join Kreston Reeves in Sandwich or Worthing on a 6 - 12 month fixed term contract.

Role Description

As Payroll Assistant you will have strong organisational skills, a strong work ethic and excellent communications skills. Due to the nature of the role you must also be able to demonstrate that you are able to adhere to the strictest security and confidential arrangements, and ensure the integrity of the data and systems at all times.

The objectives of the role

To accurately provide payroll services to over 1,500 clients.


Along with those responsibilities mentioned above you will:
  • Process payroll
  • Process P45s
  • Complete data entry of starters, leavers and changes to the relevant client payroll
  • Process basic salary calculations
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements
  • Update and process a range of payment reports
  • Complete other general administration

  • Methodical

  • Good work ethic
