Our client who is based within a highly regarded public sector organization, have a temporary role for an Administrator. This role attracts a pay rate of £12.13 per hour and is based in Glasgow City Centre, although will be home working . The hours of work are Mon - Thu, 8.30am to 5pm and Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Applicants must have a current Basic Disclosure Scotland, Certificate dated within the last 12 months.

Main Duties
  • The maintenance of systems to track various aspects of the Programme work, including the co-ordination of several tracking tools for change Requests and Claims payments, and assist with the monitoring of the Risk Register
  • Assist the Programme Manager by ensuring the relevant information is obtained and drafted for reporting progress and performance to senior colleagues through highlight reports/monthly reports, by liaising with the contractor
  • Secretariat function for the various weekly, monthly and quarterly project and programme management meetings through arranging facilities, producing agendas and minutes for meetings, monitoring and updating action logs.
  • Assist with the responsibility for retention of records and material, and the continued availability of all materials necessary to ensure compliance with EU Regulations and to demonstrate such compliance in the event of audit e.g. invoices, payment checklists, procurement documentation and other relevant documents
  • Liaising with policy/operational teams and providing policy and administrative support as required.
  • Assist the Programme Team with gathering information and documents required for financial claims and audits, as and when required.

Essential Skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good IT skills and a knowledge of various Microsoft packages
  • Good organisational skills and able to work on own initiative
