Our Nottingham-based clients, are seeking a bright and tenacious candidates to aid with Ad-Hoc Reception-cover, who boasts the inititive to pick up and delve into more of the administrative functions of the business too.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing working time efficiently and effectively, to meet all operational and business needs
  • Front of house duties - welcoming visitors
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Aid with the office administration

Skills/Attributes/Experience:
  • Experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL!
  • Flexibility is ESSENTIAL
  • Be punctual, reliable and trustworthy
  • Strong administration and people-management skills
