New opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a small established team based in Stevenage on an ongoing temporary basis.

Accounts Administrator - Job Overview
  • Collate invoices and cross reference with purchase order database
  • Populate invoice spreadsheet and file
  • Purchase orders
  • Input all invoices and credit notes
  • Resolve any accounting queries
  • Credit control tasks, chase late payments, issue statements and remittances
  • Set up payments to suppliers and contractors using online banking system and Sage
  • Monthly cost reconciliations
  • Make travel and hotel bookings for staff members as required
  • Ad hoc purchases of materials as needed
  • Account opening procedures

Accounts Administrator - Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience within a similar role
  • Be computer literate with experience in using Microsoft packages including Excel and Word
  • Have excellent communication and general office skills
