This a 3 month temporary to permanent opportunity and you will be working with UK and overseas customers and reporting to the Sales Team Leader.

An example of duties but not limited to:

* Processing Sales quotes
* Dealing with email and calls from customers
* Processing of Sales orders in a timely manner onto the company I.T. system
* Maintain compliance
* After sales support to all customers
* meeting monthly KPI's

Key Requirements (Qualifications and Skills):

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
* Understanding of SAP B1 would be useful but not essential
* Customer Service and Sales Office experience
* Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Organised, Motivated and have a proactive approach

Start: Immediate
Duration: 3 months temp to perm
Location: Waterbeach, Cambridge
Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am to 4.45pm, Fri 8am to 12.30pm
Annual Salary: £18,000
