We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment based in Celtic Springs.

Working within the Scheduling team you will be responsible for prioritising and organising your own workload, ensuring work is allocated and completed to deadlines.

Previous office administration experience is essential together with excellent organisational skills, good attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative ensuring targets are achieved.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels is essential as you will be liaising with engineers and contracts on a daily basis.

Hours of work are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility during busy periods.
