A temporary Administrator is required for a minimum of 3 months to join a leading business based in Lincolnshire. The role requires someone who is available to start quickly and support the team. The role requires someone with strong administration skills and customer service experience. The role will provide timely responses to all requests on any account opening related issues in order to deliver a highly efficient quality service to all stakeholders. You'll be responsible for building and developing relationships both with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely responses to all requests on any account opening related issues in order to deliver a highly efficient quality service to all stakeholders
  • Responsible for building and developing relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
  • Opening new customer accounts advised by branch
  • Manage an email inbox when accounting information is received
  • Preparation of accounts data, validation/checks when needed to meet company policies
  • Dealing with branch colleagues if queries on accts to be opened
  • Monitoring and process reporting
  • Updating SAP on a daily basis on all accounts opened

Person Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience within administration-based role
  • Proven experience of dealing with business customers
  • Demonstrable data entry experience
  • Sound knowledge of IT Systems
  • You will have strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage high workloads whilst meeting deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
