HRGO are working with a key health-care provider in Kent on a temporary position within their Compliance team. Based in Canterbury, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding required service level standards for background screening for both permanent and contract members of staff. This position is initially temporary, but may have the opportunity go become permanent.

Responsibilities:
  • Support high volume candidate applications across multiple sites
  • Lead 2 members of the team
  • Auditing all candidates prior to confirming a start date
  • Leading the compliance process and ensuring cycle times are kept within an acceptable level

About you:
  • Experience in a process and compliance environment
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience of NHS employers standards would be desirable
