Job Description

Robert Half recruiting for a Payroll Lead position for a large established client based in Birmingham City Centre.

Duties include:
  • Working on global transformation project
  • Helping with data migration into the new system
  • Payroll Reconciliation
  • Dealing with manual furlough payments
  • Calculate salary changes including back pay and pro-rata's where required
  • Calculate final payments for leavers including accrued holiday entitlement
  • Process SMP, SSP, SPP, SHPP
  • Calculate and manage overpayments in line with the overpayment process
  • Respond to and resolve pay queries efficiently


The ideal candidate will:
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • MUST HAVE I-TRENT EXPERIENCE
  • Have at least two years' relevant payroll experience
  • Possess excellent IT & Systems knowledge and experience
