Provide Admin support to Operations Director planning and coordinating installations and providing customer documentation throughout this process (temporary position whilst post holder is on maternity leave from January to October 2021)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES, TASKS & DUTIES:
  • Create small repair quotes and maintenance reports for the Director
  • Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
  • Provide admin support for Operations Team
  • Assist in product purchasing and order fulfillment activities such as taking orders, assigning project numbers, determining appropriate shipping methods, routes and rates, etc
  • Keep CRM System up to date. Customer contact details etc
  • To apply Playschemes core values in respect of customer care for all services, paying particular attention to nurturing and developing positive customer relationships
  • Works Schedule: Liaise between the Operations Manager and the customer regarding scheduled installations, operational inspections, maintenance and reported repairs
  • To take notes, process and distribute minutes of meetings and other documents, as appropriate.
