Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading organisation in Stroud, in their search temporary Customer Service Administrators on a 3 month temporary basis.

The ideal individual will be tasked with:
  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls to customers
  • Complaint handling
  • Completing a full fact find by using past, present and future questioning techniques
  • Performing administrative functions to ensure the smooth processes for customers and liaison with other areas of the business
  • Adhoc administration tasks

Skills and attributes:
  • Previous experience of working in a contact centre desirable
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • IT literate, specifically Microsoft Outlook and awareness of full MS Office suite, with good numeracy skills
  • Able to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude even when under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Able to work as part of a team supporting colleagues and promoting excellent team spirit

Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8.30-17.00 and Friday 8.30-16.00
