Year 6 SATS Booster

I am seeking a Year 6 Teacher to fulfil a SATS Booter role commencing late November 2020 with the view to continue for the full academic year and the possibility of going onto a school contract. This is an exciting opportunity for any teacher who is either starting their career or looking for a new challenge. Due to the current worldwide pandemic, the school are looking to use Teaching Personnel in order to recruit. The school has been graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted and is located just outside of Burnley centre making it easily accessible by road and public transport. Expectations within school are high and you will be expected to hit the ground running. The school boasts an experienced and well-respected Senior Leadership Team who offer a wealth of support to new members of the team.

The role is full-time Monday â€" Friday. As it is a SATS Booster role, you would be working on a 1:1 and small group basis to provide intensive academic support across the core subjects of math, reading and writing. The ideal teacher will have a wealth of recent upper KS2 experience and be able to demonstrate ‘Good’ to ‘Outstanding’ teaching. Experience of supporting children of various abilities through the SATs is crucial.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
