Here at Every Step Recruitment, Office Support, we are really pleased to be working with a well-respected and established Construction company who are looking to add an Administrator to their team. This is initially a Temporary opportunity however for the right Candidate, you could go on to secure a Permanent role.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Responding to and tracking customer enquiries
  • Maintaining and updating customer records
  • Assisting with day-to-day admin tasks including updating H&S records, material ordering, providing ad-hoc reports
  • Liaising with subcontractors
  • Raising invoices and assisting the accounts department
  • Always looking for ways to improve processes and procedures

You will have the following skills and attributes:
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with a hands-on approach
  • Experience of working within a targeted environment
  • Immediately available and able to commit to a Temp-to-Perm opportunity
