We have a great opportunity in Leeds for an Administrator with experience in Sectors in Education Industry with Immediate start!

Our client has been busy over the last few weeks and is now looking to grow their team with part-time position, temporary - initially for 1 month with possibility to be extended. They are looking for reliable Administrator to join their team immediately!

This position is working remotely Monday - Wednesday 9am-5pm. The right candidate will work closely with the Regional Service Manager and Administrators and will provide a comprehensive and confidential administration service in support of the Region`s strategic aims, objectives and business plans.

Main duties and responsibilities:
" Open and sort all incoming post and prepare and frank outgoing mail
" Assist with the preparation of confidential reports for the Regional Management Team and Board
" Order stationery and distribute upon receipt. Complete any paperwork relating to the delivery of stationery
" Assist with the answering of incoming telephone calls and redirect calls to the relevant individuals
" Support administration staff with the preparation and distribution of a range of correspondence and communications
" Engage with members and external stakeholders
" Ensure all communications received in relation to member issues / cases are processed appropriately to give prompt and effective support and to ensure the best outcome
" Type correspondence, file notes and other documentation in relation to the region and member case requirements and regional standards
" Open, maintain and close members` case files Case Management System
