They are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team whilst working from home.

You will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes within the purchasing office and to support people and business activities
  • Processing, checking and reconciling anomalies within data and information sets
  • Compiling, recording, storing and archiving data and information to ensure the accuracy and safety of information
  • Data recording, communications and networking
  • Providing service and support for networks, committees and meetings, to draft and distribute documents and communications in standard professional formats
  • Processing and updating key business documentation
  • Liaising with external suppliers and specialists to ensure products are sources correctly and invoices paid
  • Making venue, catering, travel and/or equipment arrangements for events, meetings and activities
  • Raising invoices, journal/recharge transactions and Request for Payments
  • Placing orders using Acquire and/or credit cards with minimum supervision
  • Arranging national and/or international consignment of items.

This is an ongoing temporary assignment working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday working remotely.
