Customer Service Officer - Housing (Temporary)

Location : West London

Hours: 9am to 5pm

Pay: £14ph Ltd

Contract: Minimum 3 months with possible extensions

Essential experience: Must have housing Contact Centre experience.

Morgan Hunt are working with a leading Housing organisation based in West London who are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Officer

  • Working within a high-volume Contact Centre
  • Be the first point of contact for all Housing Management enquiries via the call centre
  • Provide frontline customer service for income and tenancy related issues, environmental services, ASB repairs and maintenance
  • Respond to all enquiries from tenants politely, efficiently and accurately
  • Update resident's details onto in house systems
  • Maintain KPI

Candidate Specification:
  • Experience working within Housing
  • Immediately available to start
  • Previous experience working within a Housing Contact Centre/ Call Centre
  • Previous experience of providing excellent customer servic
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage a high workload effectively
