Customer Service Administrator (Temporary)

£10.50 per hour

Monday â€" Friday 9am â€" 5pm

Based in Livingston

At Reed we are pleased to again be working with one of our well-established clients in the New Homes Builders Sector. Our client is looking for an excellent Administrator on a short-term temporary basis for 1 week, however there is the possibility of extension.

I am currently looking to engage with Administrators who are immediately available and looking for work. Those with specific customer service experience would be at an advantage, especially within a New Homes Builders setting. As a successful candidate you would be responsible for carrying out a variety of administration duties

Typical duties may include:
  • Answering a high volume of calls
  • Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently
  • Communicating with customers and colleagues via email
  • Accurately updating records using MS Office in particular Excel
  • Supporting senior members of staff with other ad hoc administration duties

To be considered for this roles, candidates must have the following:
  • Previous experience in an Administration role â€" this experience is essential
  • Solid IT skills, including the use of MS Word and Excel
  • Be immediately available to start a Role Monday 23rd November
  • Have access to your own transport in order to comply with in house Covid Guidelines
