A temporary part-time Administration Assistant/Receptionist role based in Whitehaven

Your new role
Working in a dual role you will provide essential administration and reception support to your team. Your main responsibilities will ensure answering calls and handling enquiries, providing customer service, ordering stock, recording daily sales administration, and completing any other ad hoc tasks. This position is an office-based position (Mon-Fri; 9am-1pm).

What you'll need to succeed

You will have at least 1 years experience within a similar administration position. You will be well-presented with a professional telephone manner and proven customer service abilities. You will be a strong team player, with effective prioritisation skills, able to multitask to ensure your objectives are achieved. You will have strong IT skills including Excel, as well as accurate and efficient typing skills, with good attention to detail. You will need to be available immediately as this role is start ASAP.
